Hinds-Bock is your source for accurate, clean, reliable, liquid or wet viscous product filling and depositing machines for use over vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal machines. Hinds-Bock machines range from small simple machines to the largest comprehensive custom filling machines. Servo driven pump, pneumatic piston, and servo driven piston machines are available.

The Hinds-Bock 3P-32 piston filling machine for Horizontal Vacuum Formers is ideal for accurate, clean filling of a wide range of products. From thin sauces or marinades to viscous mash potatoes or deli salads. Positive shut off spouts are used to maintain a clean seal zone. The 3P-32 fills from fractions of an ounce to up to 32 fluid ounces per piston. Unique PLC controls make this machine versatile enough to run over a 1 up to a 6 up package configuration. Moving or diving spouts are used for spreading of product or to prevent mounding. For elevated temperature applications a self contained heat system maintains product temperature.

Hinds-Bock Vertical Form/Fill/Seal

Hinds Bock high quality liquid filling machines integrate with Vertical Form/Fill/Seal machines to offer seamless automatic filling. Clean accurate filling of products ranging from thin pickle brine to viscous peanut butter as well as products with delicate particulates such as pie filling or soups are routinely filled with Hinds Bock filling machines.

Hinds Bock offers both modern Servo Motor Pump Fillers utilizing the most modern recipe driven controls which automatically set the fill parameters by simply entering a recipe name into the operator interface and pneumatic piston fillers.

Long reach positive shut off spouts with adjustable blow off control are used to maintain a clean seal zone and for clean accurate filling. The fillers can be disassembled in minutes for sanitizing and CIP versions are available. Many custom options are available to meet our customers stringent product requirements, such as hopper agitation, pressure fed intake systems and heated fillers.

Hinds-Bock is headed by President Scott McCally and Executive Vice President Rod Gregg. Hinds-Bock has an in-house testing facility which includes depositors, pumps and a fully stocked inventory of test spouts, pistons and cylinders, moving spout bridges, hoppers and controls.
