WE MAKE PRODUCT CHANGE-OVER VERY QUICK
Hinds-Bock Quick Change. The tool free spout centerline adjustment feature makes changeover from one package to the other very quick. The operator simply slides the spout to the new centerline by pulling the lever and sliding the spout. Match marked gauge takes the guess work out of spout location.
The Hinds-Bock PLC control system utilizes an operator interface which is recipe driven to change depositor settings by simply entering a recipe or SKU number into the operator interface. Product changeover time is greatly reduced by the simple entry of a recipe, eliminating the need to make multiple depositor adjustments.
TILTING HOPPERS FOR RAPID SANITIZING
Hinds-Bock Multiple Piston and Servo Driven Pump Fillers are designed with features to allow them to be quickly sanitized for maximum production uptime.
By simply pulling a lever the hopper and spout plate tilt back to allow for rapid sanitizing of the depositor head. This feature not only saves time but also allows for better conformation of sanitizing when running allergen products. Other rapid sanitizing features include tool free removal of piston assembly and other contact parts. PLC controlled automatic rinse feature, purge and prime cycle also increases up time

Hinds-Bock is headed by President Rod Gregg. Hinds-Bock has an in-house testing facility which includes depositors, pumps and a fully stocked inventory of test spouts, pistons and cylinders, moving spout bridges, hoppers and controls.

Our equipment is USDA, FDA and AG Canada/CFIA approved and built to 3A standards for dairy applications. In the baking market, we hold BISCC certification. We support our industry with our membership in the following organizations:
