Hinds-Bock’s High Speed Depositors for “Portion Control” Products. The Hinds-Bock 12P-06 high speed depositors are ideal for applications like sweet goods as-well-as Mini Muffins, Snack Cakes and Brownies.

These multi-piston machines can deposit up to 1,000 units per minute. This high speed depositor allows bakers to produce products for the Portion Control and Mini product markets while achieving the yield typically associated with producing standard size products.

The perfect automated solution for the typical labor intensive and portion sensitive production of mini products such as Muffins, Snack Cakes, Brownies and Mini Cakes. Complete with cup denester, crumbing and tamping station, batter station and dry topping station. It also incorporates an additional roll-in, roll-out station for finishing baked products with perfect dollops of topping like Ganache, Caramel, Whipped or Icing, as well as dry toppings like Chocolate Chips, Nut Pieces, Sprinkles, Sugar or Sweet and Savory Flakes. HB 40P-01 Dual High Speed Mini Products Depositing System

The Hinds Bock 40P-01 Dual High Speed Mini Products Depositing System accurately and cleanly deposits Mini Muffin, Mini Brownie, Mini Cupcake and Mini Snack cake batters, with or without particulates, at speeds up to 2800 per minute.

The integral hygienic heavy duty sanitary conveyor utilizes magnetic restraining flights to precisely locate the pans and the depositors orbit to track the continuously moving pans for clean batter targeting. Servo motors drive the metering pistons, depositor orbit and actuators for quiet operation. Recipe control on the color touch screen HMI automatically and instantly recalls all depositor profiles for each individual recipe. Make sellable product much faster than conventional pneumatic depositors.

Full perimeter interlocked safety guarding, hygienic design and the latest in controls protocol are included on the 40P-01. The depositors can be disassembled in minutes without tools for sanitizing.
