Our History

Hinds-Bock is part of the Middleby Corporation, a U.S.-based publicly traded company. Hinds-Bock Corporation is based in Palmetto, Florida with our sister company Inline Filling Systems and together forms Middleby Filling and Depositing Solutions. They are a leader for industrial grade bakery and food processing equipment in North America.

Our experience in the design, manufacturing and selling of custom filling, depositing, and pumping equipment actually dates back to 1962 when the Philip Bock Corporation pioneered air-powered piston filler technology and we have produced over 12,000 machines to date.

Middleby is a global leader in the food service, food processing, and bakery production equipment industry. Middleby develops, manufactures, markets, and services a broad line of equipment used in the commercial food service, food processing, and residential kitchen equipment industries.

Hinds-Bock is headed by President Rod Gregg who has been with the company 39 years. The company utilizes a highly experienced sales staff and (7) well qualified Engineers to handle our customers’ needs. Hinds-Bock has an in-house testing facility which includes depositors and pumps to test and video our customers’ specific products prior to developing and quoting the machines.

The company keeps several million dollars of parts inventory on hand for quick delivery, and key manufactured parts can be turned around very quickly to keep our customers up and running.
