HINDS-BOCK CUP / BOWL / TRAY / TUB / ENTREE FILLING SYSTEMS
Hinds-Bock Cup and Tray Filling Lines are available in single or multiple lanes with varying levels of automation ranging from just a filling machine to complete automated lines including denester, film sealer and overcap lidder. Hinds-Bock filling machines are ideal for a wide range of products from thin sauces to viscous Guacamole with particulates. Hopper agitation is available to run serving strength soups and bottom-up fill option prevents mounding of viscous products.

Hinds-Bock Servo Fillers are a jump forward in filling technology, ideal for spreading sauce within trays or high speed filling of entrée items. Please contact Hinds-Bock for additional information. 

They include platened conveyor, cup denester, spray oiler and independent three-piston filler. PLC control with shift registers gives no-container-no-fill.

These machines are available in several different sizes and configurations to match the throughput requirements. Additional automation is available such as container denesters, lidders, sealers and transfer pumps.

HINDS-BOCK YOGURT AND DESSERT PARFAIT CUP LINE
     
Hinds-Bock Yogurt and Parfait Cup Lines. Automatically product Yogurt or Dessert Parfait Cups with the Hinds-Bock Parfait Cup Line. The line includes an automatic cup denester, indexing platen conveyor, automatic filling machine and cup kick out system with accumulator table. Other options are available such as dry ingredient depositor for Granola, linear net weight scale for fruit and automatic lidding system. Single lane systems typically run 30 per minute, faster for multiple lane systems.
