Batter Bottle & Cup Filling Burritos Cheese Condiments Fruit Icing Muffins Pies Soups & Sauces

Batter
Universal Depositor with diving positive shut-off spouts for bottom-up filling of muffin batter, cake batter, cupcake batter and angel food batter.		Ribbon Positive Shut Off Spout for lateral spreading of product. Ideal for batters, icings, lasagna sauce, cheese, peanut butter, fruit, frosting or other products requiring spreading.
Rotary Positive Shut Off Spouts with tool free spout center line adjustment. Eliminates the need for changing parts when running different pans or trays.		Hinds-Bock's Loaf Cake and Muffin Batter Depositors are designed with a dry ingredient depositor for nut pieces, chocolate chips, sugar, dry streusel and other flowable dry toppings.
Bottle & Cup Filling
Hinds-Bock Bottle Filling Systems includes a Diving Spout Bridge for bottom-up filling and sanitary stainless steel conveyor with automatic indexers. Unscrambler and Accumulator tables are available.		Hinds-Bock's Bottle Fillers with diving spout bridge for bottom-up filling. Neck centering device to positively locate the top of the bottle and a stroke slow-down feature for filling narrow neck containers.

		Single and multiple piston cup fillers are available in several different sizes and configurations to match the throughput requirements.

Burritos
		Automatic Burrito Depositor. Ask about tamale depositors and our multi-lane high speed burrito machines. Glue spray system is also available.
Cheese
Dispensing Cheese into Boxes. Hinds-Bock fillers available for a wide range of processed cheese applications from one ounce snacks to 20 pound loafs.		Macaroni & Cheese and other entree and side dishes into trays. Ask about our denesters and tray sealers.
Condiments
High Speed Continuous Motion Filling Systems are perfect for dressings, condiments, salads, soup, dips and other flowable products.		Multiple Piston Fillers for institutional size containers of mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, salad dressing, relish and other condiments.

Six Piston Container Filling Line fully automatic PLC controlled. Quick changeover to different size containers.		Multiple Piston Filler dispensing sauce over a horizontal vacuum former.

Fruit
High Speed Orbital Bridge Fruit Spotter for depositing fruit onto Danish. Speed to 2000 per minute.		Hinds-Bock has a large family of pie depositing machines that are gentle on particulates.
Apple Strudel production over a dough make up table. Ideal for turnovers and meat filled pastries.		Pumping Apple Pie Filling without damage. Speeds to 60 gallons per minute.
SP-128 Dispensing Strawberries. Either 4+1 sliced or whole strawberries. Ask about our automatic tub denesters and lidding equipment.		Servo driven fruit spreading machine is ideal for dispensing and spreading delicate fruit products containing large particulates such as cobbler and pie filling without damaging the large fruit pieces.
Icing
		Hinds-Bock string or curtain icers for danish, cakes, donuts or other sweet goods. Heated and agitated systems with oscillating head.
Cupcake Icing. The Hinds Bock long reach positive shut off spout with flex hose and star tip is ideal for rosette depositing of icing or spot depositing of fruit. This spout is available for the single piston machines models SP-16 and SP-64 as well as the twin piston model 2P-64.		Hinds-Bock provides stand alone and complete topping systems ideal for applying cake or pie cream toppings in the form of rosettes or twisted stars as well as the spreading of icings or frostings onto a wide variety of sweet goods.
Muffins

Pies
		Pie Depositing Machinery for the entire spectrum of pies including meat pies, fruit pies, custard pies, cream pies and pie toppings. A large family of depositors range from simple semi-automatic to high speed, fully automatic pie depositors with traveling spouts. Large port openings ensure gentle handling of fruit particles when running fruit pies.

		Servo Driven Pump Fillers are ideal for high speed accurate spreading of products as well as depositing and filling applications. Custom spouts are used to match the spread width and length for the application. Hinds Bock servo pump fillers are extremely high speed, a single machine can run up to 160 units per minute depending on the product and application. Machines are available in single or multiple lane versions for a wide variety of products.
