Hinds-Bock Cup and Tray Filling Lines are available in single or multiple lanes with varying levels of automation ranging from just a filling machine to complete automated lines including denester, film sealer and overcap lidder. Hinds-Bock filling machines are ideal for a wide range of products from thin sauces to viscous Guacamole with particulates. Hopper agitation is available to run serving strength soups and bottom-up fill option prevents mounding of viscous products.

Hinds-Bock Servo Fillers are a jump forward in filling technology, ideal for spreading sauce within trays or high speed filling of entrée items. Please contact Hinds-Bock for additional information.

 

Hinds-Bock Sealing Machines include tray denester, automatic filler, diving spout bridge for bottom-up filling, heat seal station with die cut and automatic kick-out station. 

Turn key automatic filling/sealing lines can also be equipped with over cap lid denesters for cups/tubs. 

These versatile machines can be quickly changed over for different size containers without tools.

Hinds Bock has decades of experience providing high quality liquid and moist particulate fillers for use over vertical or horizontal form, fill and seal machines.

Our models SP-64 and SP-160 are used over vertical form fill seal machines and feature a long reach positive shut off spout with an adjustable blow off feature to maintain a clean seal zone and accurate fills.

Our models 2P-64 and 3P-32 are used over horizontal vacuum formers and in addition to positive shut off spouts many options are available for difficult applications such as agitated hoppers, diving spouts, traveling spouts and heated or cooled machines.

 
 
 
PRODUCE MEALS OR DESERTS WITH HINDS-BOCK'S MEAL DEPOSITING SYSTEMS

Hinds-Bock meal depositing lines are available in single or multi lane systems for speeds up to 320 meals per minute. The lines feature tray denesters, industrial servo or conventional piston depositors, traveling spout bridges and transfer pumps.

The servo depositors are ideal where high speed applications require a high degree of accuracy and control of the appearance of the deposit. The latest Hinds Bock servo filler technology makes these depositors the fastest and easiest depositors to sanitize in the industry.

Accurately fill products such as gravies and sauces on prepared fish, meat and chicken to create Value Added Entrees.  It’s also ideal for meals such as Macaroni and Cheese, Noodle casseroles, mash potatoes and a wide variety of desserts.
