HINDS-BOCK SINGLE & DUAL PISTON FILLER/DEPOSITORS
 
SP­64 Single Piston Model SP-160 Single & 2P-160 Dual Piston Models.
 The Hinds-Bock standard single and dual piston filler/depositors are especially designed for the institutional packer. These are classic workhorses of the food processing industry. Easy to clean and operate and versatile and gentle on all products, providing immediate cost-saving results. Large port openings permit filling of chunky ingredients without crushing. They are USDA and AG Canada approved.

Hinds-Bock has specialized in the design of fillers/depositors since its beginnings. These labor-saving fillers/depositors all provide:

2P-160 Dual Piston Model
 
Standard Features:
  • Air powered - consult factory for compressed air requirements
  • 8-14 inches of height adjustment
  • Locking swivel casters
  • Stainless steel construction with all contact parts of food-approved materials
  • Fills from fractions of an ounce to 160 ounces per piston with change cylinders
  • Pneumatic dump system with interlocked safety cover

Special Adaptations:
Depositing and filling on conveyors into conveyors of glass, metal, plastic and paper.
  • 20-gallon hopper is standard on single gallon (SP-160).  40-gallon is standard on the twin gallon (2P-160) filler/depositor.  Various shapes and sizes available on both single and twin models.
  • Special centering mechanisms are available to cleanly fill containers with narrow openings.
  •  Infinite speed controls are available.  Repeat-stroke mechanism can be provided to automatically fill multi-gallon containers.
  • Fully automatic, semi-automatic or hand filling.  No container / no fill built into automatic system.

Because of the large port openings and gentle internal passages, these machines are ideal for delicate products such as 4+1 sliced or whole straw-berries, fruit fillings, deli salads and vegetable fillings.  These machines are available in several different sizes and con-figurations to match the throughput requirements.  Additional further auto-mation is also available such as container denesters, lidders, sealers and transfer pumps.
