The
Hinds-Bock 'Low Boy' Filler/ Depositors do not use the typical height
adjustable portable frame. Instead they are close to the floor with
a waist high hopper for easy hopper loading which eliminates the
need for transfer pumps, bowl dumps or machines that raise and
lower. By permanently having the hopper waist high for easy loading
the hopper level can be maintained for more accurate
filling/depositing and since the filler/depositor doesn’t have to
stop for hopper loading (as do machine that raise and lower) greater
production rates are possible.
The Hinds-Bock
'Low Boy' Fillers/Depositors are available with the same accessories
as typical Hinds-Bock Fillers/Depositors including hopper agitation,
positive shut off spouts, automatic cycling controls and flex hose
gun spouts.
The
Hinds-Bock Single-Piston Depositor is available with flexible tube
and positive shut-off spout assembly. It is ideal for
accurate hand placement with positive shut-off for sticky or
runny materials such as jams on Danish,
frosting an cookies, pudding in cups,
burrito fillings, meal replacement programs and many other
applications.
Automatic Burrito Depositor. Ask about tamale depositors and our multi-lane
high speed burrito machines. Glue spray system is also available.
The Hinds Bock long reach positive
shut-off spout with flex hose and star tip is ideal for rosette
depositing of icing or spot depositing of fruit. This spout is
avail-able for the single piston SP-64 as well as
the dual piston 2P-64.
