6 and 8 Piston independent Depositors utilize a Diving positive
Shut-off/Blow-off Spouts for clean placement.
The
lines include an in-feed orienter with staging conveyor and right
angle lane transfer loaders. They use a triple wall jacket hopper
and jacketed depositor to maintain product temperature. Gentle
horizontal helical agitation maintains the correct ratio of liquids
and solids. A special infeed mechanism with destacking
elevator and strip-off mechanism feeds the conveyor. PLC
control includes color CRT screen console. |

Because of the large port openings and gentle internal
passages, these machines are ideal for delicate products such as 4+1
sliced or whole straw-berries, fruit fillings, deli salads and vegetable
fillings. These machines are available in several different sizes and
con-figurations to match the throughput requirements. Additional
further auto-mation is also available such as container denesters,
lidders, sealers and transfer pumps. |
