HINDS-BOCK’S 6P-04 FILLER IS IDEAL FOR TRAY LINE AND HORIZONTAL VACUUM
FORMER APPLICATIONS: Hinds-Bock’s NEW 6P-04 with servo motor moves the
entire filler for spreading product during the fill cycle or to shift
the filler for filling into multiple targets. Positive shut-off spouts
with an adjustable blow-off feature are used to maintain a clean fill
zone. A tool free tilt hopper and spout plate along with two-piece
strong back makes for disassembly in under a minute without tools. “We
removed the flex product hoses, to improve weight accuracy and reduce
clean-up time” says Lance Aasness, Vice President of Hinds-Bock
Corporation.

HB 18P-03 BATTER DEPOSITORS:
The Hinds-Bock 18P-03 is a heavy duty
industrial batter depositing machine which utilizes a servo drive to
move the entire depositor timed with continuously moving baking bands or
pan conveyors. Speeds of 900 per minute and positive shut off spouts
make this machine ideal for large scale production of products with or
without particulates such as pancakes, waffles, cupcakes, cake batter,
muffins or flowable cookie batters.

HINDS-BOCK INTRODUCES THE LATEST DESIGNED ICER/GLAZER: Hinds-Bock
Corporation introduces their latest designed icer/glazer. This machine
will apply string icing and a waterfall curtain icing onto a wide
variety of both panned and un-panned products. The icer uses a
double-walled heated and agitated tank with high quality, variable
frequency pump and filter assembly. An oscillating icing head is used
for string icing and an adjustable waterfall trough is used for curtain
icing. The icer rolls away from the conveyor for easy cleaning and
loading of icing. The conveyor uses a two-part pass through wire mesh
conveyor with catch pans and a optional removable center belt section is
used for icing small un-panned products.

CHANGE OVER FROM ONE PACKAGE TO ANOTHER VERY QUICK: Hinds-Bock tool free spout centerline adjustment feature which makes
changeover from one package to the other very quick. The operator
simply slides the spout to the new centerline by pulling the lever and
sliding the spout. Match marked gauge takes the guess work out of spout
location.
The Hinds-Bock PLC control system
utilizes an operator interface which is recipe driven to change
depositor settings by simply entering a recipe or SKU number into the
operator interface. Product changeover time is greatly reduced by the
simple entry of a recipe, eliminating the need to make multiple
depositor adjustments.
